The orders are being shipped twice a week. The orders made during the weekends or festive days are usually being processed during the following 2 to 3 working days.

All of the parcels are being shipped as certified shipments with a tracking number, and a signature is required while handing over the package. The shipping costs cover the costs of the process of the handling the order as well as the postal costs. The possible charges in the customs offices or any additional taxes that some countries might have are being covered by the customer.

**In case customs formalities are required in your country, Kokua is not responsible for the extra time that such formalities require.

Keep in mind that the shipments may take longer in some periods of the year, like easter, christmas and other festivities as well as the holidays during the month of August.


The orders are being shipped from Barcelona and the shipping prices depend on the country of destination and the total prices of the orders. A part from a certain amount the shipping costs decrease (or in case of some countries become free). You can see the shipping prices from a chart. You can also see the shipping price before proceeding to payment while placing your order.

Tracking your order

In Kokua we provide a tracking code for all the orders, which you can track during it's whole process. When the orders leaves from our storage you'll receive an email with a tracking code.


The orders are being shipped in a certified way to the delivery address given by the client. The client is responsible to verify the address and correct it if necessary. In case the address has been marked wrong by the client (even partly) and a second delivery is necessary, the client will be in charge of the additional shipping costs.
